You're not too old, you're not too young. If you're looking for personal attention to improve strength and movement feel free to give me a call. Most personal training clients are corporate workers with the odd niggle or coming back from injury, or simply looking to restore their strength amd movement again. Weaknesses can be strengthened, tightness can be lengthened, and I'm more than happy to work with your physio or chiro where need be.
All my clients can lift more than any item stocked at Bunnings, and if you believe what some of them say, they've been around since Pterodactyl dinosaurs were roaming the skies.

What We Do:
- Identify tight and weak muscles
- Isolated work to improve its function
- Integrate into compound exercises and build strength and range of movement
Prices Options:
- 30 minutes personal training $55 (minimum two sessions ler week)
- 45 minutes personal training $80
Please Note: You DO NOT have to pay for a gym membership if you're only doing personal training.
