I'm here to make you, not break you
You're not too old, you're not too young. If you're looking for personal attention to improve strength and movement feel free to give me a call. Most personal training clients are corporate workers with the odd niggle or coming back from injury, or simply looking to restore their strength and movement again. Weaknesses can be strengthened, tightness can be lengthened, and I'm more than happy to work with your physio or chiro where need be.
What We Do:
- Identify tight and weak muscles
- Isolated work to improve its function
- Integrate into compound exercises and build strength and range of movement

- 30 minutes personal training $55 (minimum two sessions per week)
- 45 minutes personal training $80
