White Belt Foundation Program
Get a clear understanding right from the start, the rest is "Simple."
All our lifters have worked through this foundation plan, designed to progressively teach you each required position for the three lifts. Structured 12-week program to master fundamentals, build strength safely, learn the core drills and positions, and prepare you for Team Training. All our lifters have been through this program, so everyone on the team can help you. The twelve weeks concludes with a max out Snatch and Clean & Jerk to put numbers to your improvement.

One-on-one coaching to cover the start up basics, set goals, and build confidence. Perfect for beginners or those returning to lifting. You must understand the subtleties of the sport from the start, and understand your positions for stability and strength. This is a very personalised, hands on session.

$150 per hour
